My Thanksgiving in Boston and Missouri

Upon arriving to Boston to visit my dear friend, Mikey at Harvard, I was whisked off to The Spee. A Harvard finals club that JFK used to be a member of. In photograph above, I pose with Spee mascot, Bess, the bear.

After my private tour of The Spee, it was onto dinner at Chez Henri and then to see the Harvard Radcliffe Orchestra preform. They played magnificently.

The next day Mikey, Alex and I took a mini road trip up to Cape Ann for an indulgent lobster lunch.

Alex and I joke around.

Friends gorgeous home with stunning quarry at the back of the house.

I was so thrilled it was cold enough to wear my Burberry trench, as I don't get much use out of it in California.

Don't worry Wives! Before you start to think I'm and NRA, gun toting, Republican... Get those scary thoughts out of your pretty little head. I wasn't shooting anything with a heart beat, but innocent clay pigeons. Not that my shot was anywhere near hitting an actual target.

While in Missouri, My best friend, Josh and his guy friends kidnapped me and took me shotgun shooting. Probably the most frightening thing I've ever done and not likely to be a routine activity. But I was treated to a Sonic ice cream treat afterwards.

Josh tosses clay pigeons into the air for targets.

Shot gun shells

As you can tell from the look on my face, I'm not to sure I want to go through with this.
Don't worry ladies.... The safety is on!!! And no one is in danger!

Josh's aims and shots.

My family spent Thanksgiving with family friends, The Evan's. Judy Evans is a huge inspiration in my life, as she is the perfect wife and does it with grace and ease. I love spending time in their home, all I do is observe and take notes, hoping Judy's wisdom will rub off on me.

Judy's gorgeous Ruffoni hammered stainless steel saucepans.
